It depends on whether you are visiting the coast or a city. The seaside season runs from June to September, and from May to October in Greece and Cyprus. Many resorts in Italy, France and Greece open in March and April and close between mid-October and mid-November. July and August are warmest, with daytime temperatures of +27…+33, but also the most expensive and busiest weeks. In June and September, the sea is already or still warm, and prices are lower than in peak summer.

Rome, Paris and Venice are most comfortable in spring and autumn, with daytime temperatures of +15…+25. Summer temperatures in Rome exceed +30; December brings Christmas and the cities’ most expensive dates. Greece and Cyprus are warmer than the rest of the Mediterranean: daytime temperatures in Paphos in October are around +27.

Yes. Popular combinations include Rome or Paris with the coast, Venice with Lake Como, the French Riviera with Monaco, and the Amalfi Coast with Capri. Scheduled flights connect countries; within Italy and France, cars and trains are convenient. We bring the itinerary, transfers and check-in times together in one proposal.

For a Schengen visa, the country where you spend the most days matters: apply to that country’s consulate. If there is no main destination in the itinerary, apply to the country of first entry. Montenegro and Cyprus are outside the Schengen area; we check their entry rules separately.

There are no direct flights from Russia to European Union countries, Montenegro or Cyprus: their airspace has been closed to Russian airlines since 2022. Travel is with a connection, most often in Istanbul or Belgrade, to the airport nearest your hotel: Nice, Naples, Milan, Athens, Palma or Tivat. Journey time depends on the connection, so we choose the flight together with the hotel.

Private aircraft or helicopters chartered by Russian citizens are not permitted in European Union airspace. Flight schedules changed in 2026, so we check the current schedule before booking.

A Schengen visa is required for Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Portugal and travel to Monaco. Apply to the consulate of your main destination country. We check timelines, documents and application availability before choosing a non-refundable rate.

Cyprus and Montenegro are outside the Schengen area. For Cyprus, we check national visa requirements or entry using an existing visa. From 1 November 2026, Montenegro introduces a visa requirement for Russian citizens; we confirm entry conditions using another country’s visa for your travel dates.

Most often by car. Around 40 minutes from Nice Airport to Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, 35 minutes to Six Senses Ibiza, around an hour to Four Seasons Mallorca at Formentor, an hour and a quarter from Naples to Caruso in Ravello, and 2 hours 45 minutes from Athens to Amanzoe in the Peloponnese.

There are no cars in Venice: a water taxi from the airport to Aman Venice takes around 50 minutes. Capri is reached by boat from Naples port in around 50 minutes or Sorrento in 25 minutes; vessels run to a timetable. Monacair’s scheduled helicopter service flies from Nice to Monaco in 7 minutes; European Union rules do not permit a private helicopter chartered by a Russian citizen. Child seats are fitted in advance. We include the transfer in your proposal from the outset.

Yes. Many hotels have children’s clubs and family rooms: Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat has Sea Explorers, and Borgo Egnazia, Marbella Club, The Romanos, VILA VITA Parc and Anassa have their own clubs; Hotel de Russie offers the Rocco Forte Kids programme.

Consider the club’s minimum age and the journey: with young children, hotels less than an hour by car from the airport, without boats or connections, are more convenient. Every child needs a Schengen visa. We select options around the children’s ages.

The price usually includes accommodation, your chosen meal plan and VAT. The following are most often charged separately:

• City or tourist tax for each night, collected by the hotel at the city or regional rate
• Airport transfer: car, water taxi in Venice or vessel to Capri
• Drinks when booking breakfast only or half board
• Restaurants outside the meal plan, spa services, beach clubs, yachts, excursions and museum tickets
• Festive dinners at Christmas and on New Year's Eve

City and tourist taxes depend on the country, city, hotel category, season and guests’ ages. Some are charged per person, others per room.

We confirm the rate for your dates and show it in the proposal. If it must be paid directly to the hotel, we state this before booking.

Many resorts in Italy, France and Greece operate from spring to autumn and close for winter. City hotels usually welcome guests year-round. We separately check beach, pool and restaurant opening dates.

Hotel opening dates may change from year to year. New Year selections mainly comprise city hotels and resorts that operate in winter.

We have direct agreements with hotels and work without intermediaries. We also obtain guest privileges that hotels do not offer for independent bookings.

Yes. We work with both individuals and legal entities and provide a full set of documents.
